Over 20 years in aquaculture
Academfeed is a team of specialists that has been working in aquaculture for over twenty years.
We produce extruded feed for trout, sturgeon, and whitefish, helping fish farms achieve stable growth, healthy fish, and predictable results.
For us, feed is only a part of the overall job
We help farms solve feeding, breeding, and production management issues, because we know that the result is made up of dozens of factors, not just the composition of the pellet.

We grew up within the industry
Our journey began long before the emergence of Academfeed. We worked with farms in Russia and abroad, studied the best global practices, cooperated with manufacturers and scientific experts to understand what truly high-quality feed should be.
Today, this experience lies at the heart of every recipe.
We believe that good food doesn't start with production
It begins with an understanding of the fish.
Each species has its own characteristics. Trout requires one approach, sturgeon—a completely different one, and whitefish are so specific that in Russia, only a few companies produce specialized feed for them.
That is why we have maintained small-scale production. It allows us not to fit farms into ready-made formulas, but to adapt formulas to the specific tasks of the farms.

We invest in quality, not in marketing
Most of our clients come by recommendation from other fish farmers.
We spend almost nothing on advertising. We are convinced that the best advertisement is fish that grow well. Instead of marketing, we invest in what truly affects the result:

We stay by your side after delivery
For us, cooperation does not end with the shipment of feed.
– We advise farms
– We help select the formulation
– We analyze the characteristics of the body of water
– We visit the production site
– We analyze arising problems and look for solutions together
You work directly with the people who create the product, rather than through a long chain of managers.
That is why many of our clients have been working with us for years.
“Our goal is not just to sell a product, but to make Russian aquaculture stronger.”
Strong aquaculture is impossible without knowledge sharing
We host industry conferences, inviting veterinarians, livestock specialists, accountants, automation experts, and specialists in other fields to help farms look beyond just feed.
We continue to develop new solutions, support the farming of less common fish species, and invest in research that will help the industry grow for many years to come.
